Cupping is a manual therapy technique that involves the use of 100% Medical Grade silicone cups on the clients skin to create a suction.  Deep tissue manual therapy involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia.  It's used for chronic aches and pain in focused areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
